Kim started her career in banking in 2000 and joined Bankers’ Bank in 2003. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Wayne State College. As a member of the Siouxland Bankers Association, the Community Bankers of Iowa, and Leaders of Tomorrow, Kim is active in many professional associations. As Vice President of Sales, she is responsible for all Bankers’ Bank products and services to community banks in western Iowa, southwestern Minnesota, eastern Nebraska, and South Dakota. Kim is an excellent client liaison between our service departments and these community banks.
While Matt started with the Bank in 2014, he began his banking career in 1998. After graduating from Simpson College, he went to work for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. While there, he earned an MBA from Drake University and became Senior Account Executive-CRSO Regional Sales. Currently, Matt oversees all of our customers in the northern Wisconsin region. He provides both current and future clients with extensive knowledge about the Bank’s services and products.
Since starting at Bankers’ Bank in 1994, Jeff has worked diligently to help our customer banks improve their efficiency and become more successful through various positions held at Bankers’ Bank. His passion for community banking goes back to his first industry jobs in the early 1990s. Jeff is active in various trade associations throughout the Midwest. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking.
Jeff started working for Bankers’ Bank in 2013, but began his career in banking in 1981. He graduated with a BS in Finance from Southern Illinois University and worked at The First National Bank in Okawville, IL for twenty years. He then went on to be the President and CEO of The Farmers and Merchants National Bank in Nashville Illinois. Currently, his position as VP in the Sales and Marketing department allows him to deliver the best products and services to our customers in the central and southern Illinois area. “Community banking has always been a part of my career. I feel that with Bankers’ Bank, I am able to bring products and services to community bankers from a non-competitive source and help them to be profitable with serving their customers. Rob has been with the Bank since 2006 and began his first position in banking in 1999. He graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Agricultural Business and has completed courses in accounting. Rob uses his excellent client service skills and knowledge of banking trends to assist current and future clients on the best Bankers’ Bank products for their business. He believes in “treat others the way you want to be treated.”
Jeanne has been with the Bank since 1998, but began her career in 1979. She is currently responsible for all Bankers’ Bank products and services in eastern Iowa. She is your source for customer service issues and will coordinate with your bank all of the phases of a cash letter transition including proper documentation and training your bank on transition day. Jeanne is a graduate of the Iowa Bankers Association Commercial Lending School and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University. Jeanne is committed to the community banks of Iowa and looks forward to building new bank relationships as well as expanding on established ones. In her free time, Jeanne does volunteer work in her community with hearing impaired children and disadvantaged women and children.
After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in School Administration, Mark went into banking in 1977. From there he went on to be a Senior Sales Representative and District Sales Manager for Bankers Systems Inc. in St.Cloud Minnesota. Mark is a member of the Indiana Bankers Commercial Lending School and the Indiana Bankers Association. Mark has been calling on and building relationships with Indiana banks since 1978. As Vice President of Bankers' Bank, he is responsible for sales and marketing of all correspondent banking products and services to prospective clients and management of existing relationships with all banks in the State of Indiana. For Mark, the friendships built over the years are one of the parts of his job that he cherishes most. His community service activities over the years have included volunteer work with organizations like Feed Everyone, Carmel Dad's Club, and St.Luke’s United Methodist Church.
