July 11, 2017 - Bankers’ Bank kicked off the Community Bank Mortgage Initiative with new pricing for servicing-retained mortgage products. This attractive new pricing makes Bankers’ Bank servicing irresistible because it includes professional servicing in our Madison office, our promise never to cross-sell to your customers, and the option for your customers to make their mortgage payments directly to your bank.

July 18, 2017 - Banker’s Bank announced Rural Residence Plus, a portfolio mortgage product designed for single-family, owner-occupied primary residences that might include minor agricultural uses. This works well for hobby farms or properties with tillable acreage or orchards that don’t conform to standard requirements.

July 25, 2017 – Bankers’ Bank introduced attractive new ARM pricing to meet your needs as rates begin to rise and ARMs become more popular. These products provide your customers with more competitive interest rates and loan costs in comparison to fixed rate loans. These hybrid loans work essentially like a fixed rate mortgage for the initial period of 5 or 7 years, so this may be a good option for a prospective homeowner who plans to move or refinance within that time period.

August 1, 2017New Jumbo Mortgage options from Bankers’ Bank allow your bank to serve buyers of higher-priced, luxury homes needing loan amounts between $424,101 and $1,500,000. Useful for single-family primary residences or second homes with up to twenty acres of property, these loans can be used for purchase, rate/term and cash/out refinances. Your customers can choose from ARMs with 60 or 84-month fixed rates, or a 15-year fixed rate option. The loans close in your bank’s name with assignment to Bankers’ Bank, and are serviced at our headquarters in Madison, WI.

August 8, 2017FNMA HomeReady Mortgages work for creditworthy low-to-moderate income borrowers wishing to purchase a primary residence. Designed for loan amounts under $424,100, HomeReady is useful for single family, manufactured, multifamily 2-4 units, condos or PUD. Pricing adjustors are waived or capped at 1.5% along with reduced MI coverage percentages for qualifying loans.  Loans are serviced by Bankers’ Bank which allows you to maintain a strong customer relationship

August 15, 2017 – With a Bankers’ Bank Consumer Express Refinance homeowners can choose from 10, 12 and 15-year fixed rate loans for amounts up to $200,000. These loans can be used for rate/term and cash-out refinances for single-family primary residences or second homes, including warrantable condos. No escrow is required and the fees for escrow waiver, document review and processing are waived.  A flat fee of $499 covers title work, appraisal, credit report, flood and tax service fees in most cases. These portfolio loans close in your bank’s name and are serviced by us, with the option for customers to make payments directly to your bank.
